When will my order ship?
  • We will try our best to get your order shipped within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you by email and provide you with an update.

       Where can I shop?

  • Currently we don't have a retail location we do offer online shopping, if you are local we do offer local pick up which we meet up with our customers in Punta Gorda, FL.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
  • Refund policy: For safety concerns, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email. 
Will my soap look exactly like the picture?
  • We do our best to duplicate what our soaps look like in the photographs. Due to our products being handmade, you can expect slight variations.
       Will my goat milk soap bar expire?
    • No, our soap bars do not expire. Since it can't be spoiled once hardened. However our soaps are natural and free of preservatives. 
    ​What ingredients can be in goat milk soap?
    It depends on the bar but these can be the ingredients that are in our soap bars
    • Farm Fresh Goats Milk, Sodium Hydroxide ( None left in final product), Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Lard, Scent ( Unless the bar is scent free), (Mica or Titanium Dioxide, Activated Charcoal), Kaolin Clay, Sea Salt, Fuller's Earth Clay, Raw Honey, Oats
