Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally send out free shipping coupons with lower minimums if you are signed up to the Amaro Soaps newsletter.
How much does U.S. shipping cost?
Shipping to the United States depends on how much you order and what shipping option you choose. All items ship with USPS.
Shipping options for most (but not all) orders include padded envelopes or boxes.
The best way to determine your exact shipping cost is to add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. The website will give you shipping options before you need to enter your credit card number. You can experiment to see what is the best shipping value based on exactly what you are ordering.
How does my order ship?
Your order will ship via the UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). We use USPS because they offer the priority flat rate postage option and for the vast majority of our orders, this is the least expensive option available. In a world where shipping costs continue to rise, we are always searching for ways to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We are no longer shipping international orders directly. If you live outside of the United States.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will ship out very quickly. In fact, 99% of orders placed before 1 pm ship out the same business day. Standard shipping orders will arrive in 2-3 business days after leaving the soap room. Economy shipping orders may take a day or two longer.
The only time our speedy shipping is a problem is if you make an error or forget to add something to your order, so please check your order carefully before submitting.
Can I track my package?
We encourage you to track your package. When your order is shipped, we email you a tracking number. If you do not receive this tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.
You can use the tracking number to track your package at http://usps.com or https://www.ups.com
What if I don't receive my package?
If your package does not arrive, first check your tracking number online. Then if needed, contact your local post office or UPS office with the tracking number. We do not have any more information on the location of your package than is shown by the tracking number. Your shipping office is the only one who can locate your package for you.
If the shipping office is unable to locate your package, please contact us then so we can make sure your order is delivered to you.

Is there a cheaper way to ship than the options I am given?
We work very hard to offer the most efficient and lowest price shipping methods for your order. The shipping choices the website offers are the least expensive options available based on what you ordered and where you live.
